Our products are shipped within Other by our own Sales Team. To return or complaint about your product recieved, you should mail us or contact us, Our Support team will be available for your service . We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met,we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.

We Ship Our Product(POS Software CD/DVD) with 2-3 working days by our own sales team free of cost, No Delivery Charges are Applicable .

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

CANCELATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
